Meredith Austin, Ed. D.

Founder & Learning Designer

A bit about Dr. Austin — she's been lucky enough to wear many hats in the world of gifted education, such as the administrator over K–12 gifted services in multiple school districts, a founding teacher at a Gifted & Talented Academy, and now, she leads the Texas Education Agency's (TEA) Commissioner's Advisory Council for Gifted/Talented Education. She was also named the 2020 Texas State Advocate for the Gifted. So, when it comes to gifted learners, you could say she is quite enamored!
